Upon notification of an impending deposition or trial, our Legal Coordinator will handle the scheduling of our expert(s) in connection to the case. If applicable, fees for our conference room rental will apply as well as the Expert's fee for deposition and/or trial.

PLEASE NOTE: Our experts are under contract and are required to testify on behalf of their handling of any report, if requested. All communication regarding deposition and/or testimony must be coordinated through NAC. For scheduling, please contact legal@northamericanconsultants.com.
